Faisal Bin Juma BelhoulChairman of the Board
Faisal Bin Juma Belhoul is currently the Chairman of Amanat Holdings PJSC (“Amanat”) which is the largest healthcare and education company listed on the Dubai Financial Market. He was also the founder of Ithmar Capital which is a leading GCC private Equity firm which managed and invested over 1 Billion USD of investments.
He was also Chairman of the Board for a number of business groups and associations, including the UAE Private Hospitals Council, the UAE Private School Council and the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Equipment Business Group of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).
He is currently a Board member of the DCCI by decree from the Ruler of Dubai as well as being a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He currently serves as the Chairman of Mushrif Trading and Contracting which is a publicly listed company in Kuwait. In addition, he has board representation on several regional and international private companies.
In 2007, Faisal was recognized as one of the top 100 Executives in the Gulf region.Educated in the USA, where he studied Manufacturing Engineering in Boston University.
Sheikh Abdulla Bin Khalifa Al KhalifaNon Executive Board Member
He started his career in 2001 at Arab Banking Corporation in Bahrain, where he rose to the position of Senior Relationship Manager.
Sheikh Abdulla was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the George Washington University, Washington DC, USA. He has also attended various professional courses.
Kamal BahamdanNon Executive Board Member
Since 2002, he has also been a Chief Executive Officer of the Bahamdan Group, a global investment holding group, where he is responsible for expanding its activities from a largely industrial base by building investment and operating platforms in telecommunications, education, infrastructure and retail across the MENA region.
He is a five-time equestrian Olympian and a bronze medalist in the 2012 Olympic games. He was named a Young Global Leader 2006 by the Forum of Young Global Leaders, an affiliate of the World Economic Forum. Kamal holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, USA.
Dr. Abdulmajeed Saif AlkajehNon Executive Board Member
He has extensive experience in teaching, along with widespread experience in many areas of microbiological research.
Dr. Abdulmajeed holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, US, and a Ph.D. in Medical Science of Bacteria from the University of Glasgow, U K.
Khalfan Bin Juma BelhoulNon Executive Board Member
Before joining Dubai Holding, he founded the Belhoul Investment Office, responsible for rolling-out a sophisticated asset allocation strategy spanning private equity, alternative investments, real estate and conventional assets.
Khalfan holds an MSc in Electronic Commerce and a BSc in Finance and Management Information Systems, both from Boston University, USA.

Dr. Kassem Alom ZarzurNon Executive Board Member
In June 2013, Al Noor was listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange and was included in the FTSE 250 shortly thereafter.
Having successfully transitioned the company from a family business to a corporation, Dr. Kassem stepped down as CEO after 29 years to become the Deputy Chairman of the company in October 2014.
Dr. Kassem currently sits on the UAE Ministry of Health Council. Previously, he was a Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce where he also chaired the health sector committee.
Dr. Kassem holds a MBBS from the University of Seville and specialized in internal medicine and gastroenterology at the University of Madrid. Additionally, he is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine in London.
Khaldoun Haj HasanChief Executive Officer
Prior to Amanat, he was the co-founder and managing partner of Ithmar Capital, a GCC private equity firm. During his tenor, Ithmar Capital managed and invested over US $1 Billion of investments.
He currently serves on the board of a number of private companies across the region. In addition, he is the Vice Chairman of a publicly listed company in Kuwait and has served previously as a Board Member of a FTSE 250 healthcare company listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
Khaldoun holds a BS and MSc in manufacturing Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration with honors from Boston University, USA.
Ranjit BhonsleChief Operating Officer
He started his professional career in 1991 as a financial analyst in the corporate restructuring group of Kidder, Peabody, an investment bank based in New York City. At Kidder, Peabody he was involved in a number of financings, mergers, takeovers, restructuring and acquisitions with combined transaction value of USD 3 billion. He then joined Kohlberg & Co. in 1993, a private equity firm founded by Jerome Kohlberg, also the founder of Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts (KKR).
Ranjit obtained a BA-Economics from the University of Michigan, USA and a MBA from the London Business School, UK.
Dawod Al GhoulChief Financial Officer
Dawod has more than 22 years of relevant experience in financial planning, strategy, investments and financial restructuring.
Later in 2003 he relocated with Arab Bank Group as Senior Vice president Finance, in 2008 he served in the same entity as Executive Vice President Finance, Planning and Investments.
Dawod holds an MBA degree from University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Jordan. He also is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Sina KazimChief Social Infrastructure Officer
He also worked closely with the Meraas management to look at bringing FDI into Dubai through such avenues as healthcare tourism, strategic relationships with various Chinese companies and strategic development JV’s with large Indian developers.
Sina also worked for Dubai Civil Aviation as Project Director where he was responsible for overseeing various projects including the revamp of Terminal One, modification to Concourse 1 (Sheikh Rashid Terminal), New Police/Security headquarters and other smaller projects. Sina started his career with Emaar Properties as Senior Manager Projects and worked on some of the prestigious projects of the company including Dubai Marina master development.
Ahmed HammadGeneral Counsel & Company Secretary
He started his professional career in 2006 in a general practice law firm in Egypt, post that, he joined Ibrachy and Partners, a leading boutique law firm where he was an associate in the firm’s corporate and finance practice. He then moved to Commercial International Bank,the largest privately held corporate in Egypt, in the role of lawyer in the transactions advisory team. Thereafter, he moved back to Ibrachy and Partners until early 2010 when he relocated to the UAE to work with Al Tamimi & Company.

She started her professional career at HSBC Dubai as an IT Projects Executive, where she was then selected as an HSBC Future Managers and got promoted to IT Project Quality Manager.
Post HSBC Aisha joined The Executive Office of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum as a Senior Project Manager to establish and develop the Mohammed bin Rashid Foundation.

He then served as Senior Vice President in the Research department at SHUAA Capital for 6 years, leading and covering logistics and transportation sector including aviation, logistics services, shipping, port development and infrastructure.

Majid Khalifa AlmuhairiCompliance and Internal Audit Manager
Majid is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance to Board Audit Committee on the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls, governance and risk management to add value to the company through delivery of a risk based audit plan conducted in conformance with the IIA’s International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
Majid worked and was involved in conducting audits to the following government and semi-government entities: DIFC, Emirates NBD Group, Emirates Islamic Bank, Dubai Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Dubai Holding, DP World, Dubai Customs, and RTA.
